Stagnant Hope: Gary, Indiana (2014)
In 2014 Precision released its first feature-length film, a documentary entitled Stagnant Hope: Gary, Indiana.
Through archival photographs, raw modern day footage, and interviews with historians, city residents, and the city's mayor, the film chronicles the rise, fall, and uncertain future of Gary, Indiana - while examining the many perceptions and misconceptions about the city.
Stagnant Hope has received critical acclaim and was chosen as an official entrant at the 2013 Great Lakes International Film Festival.
The film was released to YouTube on May 3, 2014, and has gone on to receive over 1 million hits.

Shooting the Film
Stagnant Hope was filmed between 2010 and 2013 (with a clip of the 2014 Sheraton demolition included on DVD copies). Originally conceived as an excuse to go urban exploring in Gary's abandoned buildings, different elements of the story developed as events unfolded throughout the city, and with the launch of new redevelopment efforts.
